      My height and weight: 178cm, 82kg, bare chest 108, bent arm 40, XL is just right, even with a thin sweater. The inverted trapezoidal shape is very comfortable, and the side leather rope waist is used to tighten the waist, so the wind will not blow in when riding a bike, good review!
