Size recommendation

Choose the same size as your usual sports shoes. For example, if you typically wear size 42 in sports shoes and it feels tight or you can't insert a finger between your heel and the shoe, then you should also choose size 42.

However, if you can easily insert a finger without feeling tight or it feels loose, it’s recommended to choose one size smaller, such as size 41.
