Garrison Tea-core Leather Belt

The Garrison Tea-core Belt takes its lines from the mid-twentieth-century garrison belt: plain, practical, and built to look right for decades. It is cut from American saddle leather at the classic 38 mm garrison width and hand stitched in a small workshop, with a double row of stitching tracing the edge of the strap. The tea-core finish comes in black or brown: a dark surface over a lighter core that shows through at the edges and holes as the belt wears in.

What sets it apart is the Segma snap that holds the buckle. Most belts today fix the buckle with a screw. The Segma snap is the traditional four-part metal snap, which locks mechanically from the inside, so the buckle comes off in seconds for cleaning or a swap, and the belt keeps the look of old-school leather hardware. The snaps are solid copper with a nickel plating, where most belts on the market use plated iron.

A classic square buckle pairs with the leather in brass or silver. The result is a clean silhouette with a strong American vintage feel, made to sit under a leather jacket or ride on raw denim and get better with the years.
