Processing Time
- Non-Boot Items:
For items other than boots, the average processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment. - Standard Boot Orders:
Most of our boots are produced on a made-to-order basis, even for standard specifications.
Production for standard boot orders typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on material availability and the workshop queue. - Custom Boot Orders:
Products requiring customization — such as specific leather options, outsole selections, special construction details, or extended / non-standard sizes — are made to order.
The production timeline for these items can take 3–5 weeks, depending on material availability and the workshop queue.
Please note that once production is complete, shipping will proceed immediately.
Shipping Time
- US (United States) Shipping Time: 10-16 business days
- Other Countries Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
Yes — we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@brakehouseshop.com with:
- order number
- showing the issue (if the product is defective or damaged)
Please note:
- Returned items must be unwashed, unused, and in resalable condition with all original tags attached
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or a mistake was made on our part
- Import duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A tracking number is required for all returns
