Warranty & Repair
Brake House boots are built to be repaired, not replaced. Goodyear-welt construction means they can be resoled and rebuilt for years. Read our warranty, find an authorized repair center, or send us a request below.
Coverage
Every pair of Brake House boots is backed against defects in materials and workmanship for 365 days from the purchase date, for the original owner.
What's covered
- Genuine flaws in the materials or the way your boots were built, under everyday wear.
- If a covered fault shows up, we'll repair or replace the boots — whichever we feel is the right call.
What's not covered
- Everyday wear and tear, along with cuts, scuffs, or damage from anything beyond ordinary use.
- Damage from chemicals, solvents, or other foreign substances.
- Any alteration, modification, or repair done by someone other than Brake House or one of our authorized centers.
- Boots that haven't been looked after — that includes regular cleaning and leather conditioning.
- Fit or sizing issues noticed after the boots have been worn.
Making a claim
- Send us the Request Service form below, or email your order number with clear photos of the problem.
- We'll take a look and get back to you with what happens next.
Please note: Coverage is for footwear only. We don't currently repair jackets, and a belt repair service is on the way — coming soon.

Good to Know
How long is the warranty?
Your boots are backed for 365 days from the purchase date, for the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship.
What does the warranty cover?
Genuine defects in materials or workmanship under everyday use — we'll repair or replace at our discretion. What's not covered: ordinary wear and tear, misuse, chemical or foreign-substance damage, outside repairs, neglected upkeep, and fit issues spotted after wearing them.
Are jackets and belts covered?
Coverage is for footwear only. We don't currently repair jackets, and a belt repair service is on the way — coming soon.
How do I start a repair or claim?
Submit the Request Service form below with your order number, your boots, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll respond with whether it's a warranty case or paid repair and the next steps.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs to and from the service center are the customer's responsibility.
How long does a repair take?
Turnaround varies quite a bit depending on the product and the type of work needed, so we can't give an exact timeline up front. After we consult with the boot repair shop, we'll follow up with you directly with an estimate.
Can I attach photos to the form?
Yes — you can upload photos directly in the form below. Clear photos help us and the repair shop understand your situation and give you an accurate assessment.
