As motorcycle riders and supporters of quality and craftsmanship in the heritage world, we realized that the market is widely divided between products that are very cheap but poorly made, and products with real quality but prices that are too high for many people to reach. This is happening across the world, regardless of region. We believe this is something we can help solve, and this is the very reason we started Brake House.
Brake House began with two friends and a shared love for motorcycles.
Brake House was founded by two friends who first met as freshmen at university in Seoul and fell in love with classic motorcycle culture — the jackets, the boots, and the quiet sense of freedom behind it. We were passionate customers first, and have been riders for a decade, spending years digging through vintage pieces, old references, and hard-to-find motorcycle garments. That experience is what pushed us to build Brake House and to lower the barrier of quality heritage essentials.
For us, riding isn’t about speed or specs.
It’s about timelessness over trends, about carrying a certain attitude into everyday life. We ride classic motorcycles because they feel alive, because they connect us to something bigger, the same way a well-made leather jacket or pair of boots does. What draws us in is simple: cool, understated, and enduring style. The kind of pieces that feel right on a bike, but just as right off of it and carry the spirit of heritage and craftsmanship.
