We strive continuously to offer products of the highest possible quality, hoping that you will fall in love with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to "support@brakehouseshop.com" with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Evidence photos/videos of the issue/defect

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in unworn and original condition.
  • The product must have all original tags attached.
  • The product must be unwashed.
  • The product should not have any smells, perfumes, or cosmetics on it.
  • The product should be in a resalable condition.

Custom Boot Orders (Final Sale)

For custom boot orders involving leather changes, sole alterations, special sizes (45-49), or any other non-standard modifications, these items are Final Sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Definition of Quality Defects

A quality defect refers to a manufacturing or material flaw that is identified upon receipt of the product, before any use or wear.

  • Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

  • Claims regarding quality defects will not be accepted for items that have been worn, show signs of use, or are reported significantly after delivery.

Exchange & Return Fees:

Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees in all cases, except where the item is confirmed to be defective or faulty. However, if the order is canceled before shipping, it can be refunded without a restocking fee.

Refunds:

  • Tracking Required: A tracking number is mandatory for all returns. Without a valid tracking number, the refund process will be discontinued.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return based on our 'Return Conditions'.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and round-trip shipping costs are non-refundable.
