A reinterpretation of the pioneering 1927 A-1 flight jacket — stand collar, horn buttons, patch pockets, ribbed waistband — recast in vegetable-tanned tea-core horsehide. Slim but not restrictive, with herringbone wool-blend lining and imported knit ribs.

First issued in 1927, the A-1 stayed in service after the A-2 debuted in 1931. Limited wartime records make faithful reproductions rare
Padova: AA-grade tea-core horsehide, vegetable-tanned and chrome-finished — left untreated for natural aging
Slim profile with sharp lines; regular length and ribbed hem maintain the cropped stance
Stand collar with single-breasted horn button closure
Top-stitched patch pockets
Ribbed waistband and cuffs
Reinforced buttonholes and high-post fixation stitching
Herringbone tweed lining (50% wool / 50% polyester)
Cotton/wool ribbing imported from Korea
Genuine horn buttons with natural variation
