A reproduction of the classic Cossack jacket pattern in naked, vegetable-tanned horsehide. Short in length with broad upper arms, narrow waist, and trim cuffs for a sharp profile. The leather is undyed and uncoated, showing natural pores and scars; lining and refined details are added on the inside.

Mid-20th-century Cossack pattern: cropped body, clean front, neat collar
1.3mm full vegetable-tanned horsehide, infused with fish oil and bark tannins; undyed and uncoated
Wide upper arms tapering to narrow cuffs and waist; eases with wear
Light brown horn buttons; custom beige COATS thread
8×8 rib-corduroy lining with beige twill nylon interior

Stunning jacket, well crafted with minor flaws
This is a stunning jacket in its combination of smooth black leather on the sleeves and deep black fur on the body. An absolute stunner style-wise.
Sizing is Asian, so you have to check the size charts and may want to go two sizes bigger as usual. Which I did. Fit is comfortable, all in all very well crafted, buttons sew steadily.
Two flaws: The sleeves are a bit wide for my taste. There are straps on the sides to adjust the waist. The buckles look like hammered iron, but are in fact cheap die-cast. After 3 weeks the first buckle literally broke. I had to replace the buckles with two d-rings which looks even better and will last. And the handwarmer pockets are a bit narrow.
Would I buy it again: Yes, for the look it is worth it.
