    • Size & Fit Guide

Our boots are made in standard US boot sizing. We recommend ordering your usual US boot size — for example, if you wear US 10D, choose size 10.

      1. Standard sizing

If you normally wear a whole size (e.g. 9, 10, 11), order the same size.
→ If you wear US 10D, choose size 10.

      2. Half sizes (e.g. 8.5, 9.5)

If your usual size is not available, we recommend sizing up.
      → 9.5 → choose 10

      3. Wide feet (E / EE width)

If you typically wear wide sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

If you need further help, please check the size chart or contact customer service.

      How to choose width option

      • The E last is the standard fit for most customers, offering a balanced, streamlined silhouette.
      • The EE last is a wider option, designed for those with higher insteps, broader forefeet, or flat feet, providing extra comfort.
      • Returning customers can choose their usual leather shoe size in the E last; new buyers are also recommended to start with the E last in their regular size.
      • If the E last feels tight or presses on the instep, it’s often due to the full-length insole padding. Removing it temporarily allows the vegetable-tanned leather midsole to mold to the foot.
      • After breaking in, the padding can be reinserted for a customized and comfortable fit.

Timeless Construction. Repairable. Reliable. Reasonably Priced.

Our boots use Goodyear welt construction, known for its strength, water resistance, and easy resoling. This method lets you replace the sole without damaging the upper, making the boots truly long-lasting. Made to be worn hard, repaired easily, and kept for years — all at a price that stays fair.

    Service Boots

Service boots trace their roots to early 20th-century military footwear: the rugged ankle boots issued to soldiers in WWI and WWII. Built for long marches and harsh conditions, they established the clean 6-inch profile, sturdy leather, and durable stitchdown-style construction that later shaped North American workwear.

    Why Brake House leather boots?

    Versatile, reliable, and iconic

At Brake House, we focus on classic leather boots that balance durability, practicality, and understated style. More than just footwear, our boots offer critical protection and complete the motorcycle look, grounding your style in something functional and timeless.
Don’t be afraid to scuff them, wear them hard, let them age. They will age beautifully and become trusted companions over time.
