Description

Brake House 2660 engineer boots draw on 1930s workwear and 1950s motorcycle culture. Built from full-grain vegetable-tanned tea-core cowhide on Goodyear welt construction with your choice of custom rubber or VIBRAM® outsole. A large, squared toe with a high shaft and heel give the 2660 the most commanding stance in the line. Pairs well with wider or straight-leg denim.

I usually wear size 40 sneakers and size 38 dress shoes and ankle boots. These size 39 engineer boots fit properly with two pairs of socks (one thick cotton pair) and insoles, making them perfect for winter. I've bought similarly priced boots from other brands, and they fall at least two levels behind in terms of materials, craftsmanship, and comfort.
