Same build as the standard 2660, recast in Horween Chromexcel (CXL), Essex, or Dublin on Goodyear welt construction, with an Italian VIBRAM® 430 outsole in place of the standard custom rubber. Horween Leather Co. (founded 1905) is known for rich oils and deep aging character.

A large, squared toe with a high shaft and heel give the 2660 the most commanding stance in the line. Pairs well with wider or straight-leg denim.

Took some time to arrive, but thats expected with a custom pair and honestly worth it. The squared-off toe gives these boots a strong, grounded look that stands out from slimmer engineer styles. I went with Horween Dublin, and the leather feels rich and substantial with a nice oily depth. Feels like a serious pair of boots that will only get better with time.
